OHIO — Authorities said a 69-year-old man has died after a motorcycle crash earlier this week in Hanover Township, Ohio.

The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as David Harris. Officials stated he died Thursday from injuries he suffered in the crash, which took place Tuesday night at the intersection of Ohio 177 and Beissinger Road.

Investigators reported the crash around 9:10 p.m. An Air Care medical helicopter arrived at the scene and transported Harris to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.

Officials said Harris was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Authorities confirmed that no one in the other vehicle was injured.

Crews closed the roadway for about two hours while they investigated and cleared the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
