Cincinnati man identified after deadly semi crash on I-75 in Erlanger

Officials have identified a Cincinnati man who died after a semitrailer struck him on Interstate 75 on April 20.

According to an Erlanger police release, the crash happened around 3 a.m. in Erlanger and involved Javier Lemus. Southbound I-75 remained closed for eight hours Monday, Enquirer media partner Fox 19 reported.

Paramedics pronounced Lemus dead at the scene. The report does not indicate that he was driving a vehicle at the time of the crash.
