Man fatally shot in Cincinnati neighborhood identified

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Police are investigating a shooting that left a 41-year-old man dead Saturday afternoon.

District Four officers responded around 2:54 p.m. to the 5200 block of Vivian Place after reports of a shooting, according to Cincinnati police.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The Cincinnati Fire Department also responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

He has been identified as Marcus Wilson, 41, police said.

The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is leading the investigation. No suspects have been identified or arrested.
