OHIO — A man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the neck Tuesday afternoon in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.

Police said the incident happened around 3:50 p.m. in Imagination Alley near Vine Street.
