WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) — A 17-year-old charged in a deadly shooting on Cincinnati’s West Side will be tried as an adult following a grand jury indictment.

Carlos Hill faces charges of murder, felonious assault, and carrying a concealed weapon in connection with the death of 19-year-old Noah Thornhill.

Thornhill was found shot on Boudinot Avenue in February.

Investigators believe Thornhill was specifically targeted, though they have not disclosed a motive or further details about what led to the shooting.
