Three people have been displaced after a house fire in North Omaha on Friday.

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A house fire in North Omaha on Friday has displaced three people.

The fire broke out at a home near 31st Avenue and Belvedere Boulevard around 10:45 a.m. Friday.

According to the Omaha Fire Department, crews located the fire in the basement of the home.

The three residents were displaced due to the fire.

OFD reported that an “electrical event” caused the fire and classified it as accidental.
