According to an affidavit filed March 9, Harrington and a group allegedly entered stores, grabbed merchandise, and left without paying, with incidents captured on surveillance video.

Investigators identified her by comparing footage with social media images and prior arrest records from law enforcement in Omaha and Sarpy County.

In a March 3 letter to the judge, Harrington wrote:

“I am not proud of the choices I’ve been making, I am not a bad person I’ve just went through a rough time in my life, and how I am learning from it.”

As of Friday afternoon, she remains in custody at Douglas County Corrections.
