OVER-THE-RHINE (WKRC) — Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Tuesday in Over-the-Rhine.

Officers were called to Vine Street near Mercer Street just before 4 p.m., where they found a man with a stab wound to the neck. He was taken to UC Medical Center with serious injuries.

According to court documents, Kelvin Phillips has been arrested in connection with the incident. He faces a charge of felonious assault and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning.

Police have not yet said what led to the stabbing.
